The midrange 303P Series access points support high-performance 802.11ac with multiuser MU-MIMO (Wave 2). These series reduce the total cost of ownership for enterprises by integrating BLE and 802.3af power.

Compact design delivers 867 Mbps in 5GHz and 300 Mbps in 2.4GHz (1.2Gbps aggregate peak data rate).  The 2x2:2SS design makes it suitable for medium-density environments, including schools, retail stores, warehouses, hotels, and corporate offices.

AP-303P can power any network device (IP camera, IoT gateway, or second Access Point) using its Ethernet port E1. Share switch ports and cabling to simplify installation and reduce costs.

OPERATING MODES

• Provides maximum flexibility by supporting controller-based and controller-less deployment modes.
• Controller-based mode provides centralized configuration, encryption, policy enforcement, and network services through Aruba Mobility Controllers.
• Controller-less (Instant) mode virtualizes the controller function by clustering APs. When the network grows, it is easy to migrate to controller-based deployments. 
• Deploying branches via Remote Access Points (RAP)
• Rogue detection and containment using air monitors (AMs)
• Identifying sources of RF interference with a spectrum analyzer (SA)

• Using two spatial streams MIMO, individual 2SS VHT80 clients can receive up to 867 Mbps wireless data.

• When combining both antenna patterns per radio, the peak gain of the average (effective) pattern is 2.1dBi in 2.4GHz and 5.9dBi in 5GHz.
