Top wifi Amplifier

I recently purchased a WLAN amplifier from TP-Link to address the spotty connection between my router and television. Those frustrating interruptions during movies are a thing of the past now. Thanks to the amplifier, I enjoy seamless 4K streaming throughout my home with no glitches. The installation was a breeze, and it connected swiftly. I highly recommend it!

Seamless Configuration

Replacing my old 300mb extender, which struggled with 4K streaming via Plex, was a must. The new one boasts seamless configuration, a robust signal, and zero signal loss or lag when streaming from my upstairs PC. It's a game-changer!

Works very Well

This extender works well with 5G if router is set to Mu-MIMO. Placement matters for optimal performance. I use it in repeater mode near the router for solid speeds of 100-150 Mbps.

Brilliant and wifi product

TP LINK RE700X Wifi6 extender/access point is fantastic for exploring Wifi6 capabilities. While it might not be necessary for just extending range, it shines as an access point, especially with Wifi6 devices. Connected to my Asus router via ethernet, it matched wired speeds of over 370 Mbps on a 350 Mbps connection, with strong, consistent signals throughout my house. Just be wary of the thin 2-pin plug. Using a 128 DFS CHANNEL@160mhz enhances performance, although WiFi may take 10 minutes to show after reboots. Overall, a worthwhile upgrade for Wifi6 without replacing your existing router.

Bit low quality

Tether app made setup easy, but the extender cuts speed in half, yielding only 90-95 Mbps from a 200 Mbps main network. Despite promises, the AX50/AX3000 router lacks OneMesh support and lacks configuration for ethernet backhaul.
